Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule.

Basic Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an appointment we kindly request 24 hour notice. If 24-hours is not given, a fee equal to 50% of the canceled service(s) will be posted to your salon account.

Time Intensive Appointment Cancellations

For appointments with a duration of 2-hours or more, we kindly ask that you give us 48-hour notice if you cancel your appointment. If 48-hours is not given, a fee equal to 50% of the canceled service(s) will be posted to your salon account. Missed appointments or “no-shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service(s).

 

Accumulated fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

 

Cancellations and “no-shows” leave gaps in our schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
